About Geraldine

Geraldine Villeneuve trademarked Structural Reflexology® in 2013 as a revolutionary method of promoting healthy feet and bodies.  She is the author of Put Your Best Feet Forward: Exploring the Causes and Cures of Foot Pain with Structural Reflexology®, published in 2017.

Over the last 40 years Geraldine has been practicing reflexology while building her theory of how reflexology works. Her focus for the later 25 years of her practice was devoted to integrating foot function with reflexology, leading her to develop a map that shows how muscles attachment sites overlap with reflexes on the feet.  She is internationally renowned for her unique Structural Reflexology® method which has proven to successfully and efficiently help those who suffer with foot-based ailments.

Geraldine’s inspiring teaching style passionately guides students to understand how Structural Reflexology® meets its primary goal of relieving stress in the feet and the body by using local and reflexive approaches. Geraldine has spoken at a variety of healthcare forums on the subject of integrating reflexology with foot function and continues to introduce Structural Reflexology® around the world.  Geraldine’s popular book Put Your Best Feet Forward has been received favorably by both healthcare professionals and the layperson.  It is available through Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Balboa Press bookstores. She is currently working on her next manuscript which beautifully and artistically details the ins and outs of foot problems, the manifestation of their symptoms throughout the body, the reflexes associated with tension sites on the feet, and recovery. She is looking forward to publishing this book by June of 2022.
